By subscribing to the service, the Customer agrees that MG Financial LLC and its affiliates, make no express or implied warranties (including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or use) regarding the Service; that the Service is provided to the User or Customer "as is" and that neither MG Financial LLC nor any of its affiliates, will be liable to any User or Customer or any one else for any interruption, inaccuracy, error or omission, regardless of cause, in the Service or for any damages (whether direct, indirect, consequential, punitive or exemplary) resulting there from. Customer agrees not to use or permit anyone to use the Service for any unlawful purpose. Upon termination of the User's or Customer's arrangement with MG Financial LLC to receive the Service, the User or Customer shall immediately purge the Service and/or any portion thereof from all of its facilities, electronic or otherwise. The customer agrees to use the service as an individual, a non-professional and in a non-professional capacity only.
