Forex Forum ----- Control Hot Money Inflow still Top Priority of Supervision

Forex Forum_The State Administration of Foreign Exchange (forex) said they will complete continuously the foreign exchange (forex) management policies, enhance the statistic and monitoring analysis, promote the foreign exchange (forex) inspection means, adopt the ways of combination the round inspection and sampling inspection, enlarge the inspected coverage, improve the inspected frequency, increase the penalties to all kinds of illegal foreign exchange (forex) violations and contain effectively the illegal foreign exchange (forex) trading behaviors, such as the inflow of the hot money.

In the May and June this year, the newly-added funds outstanding for foreign exchange (forex) of China financial institutes decreased 54 percent and 11 percent respectively in the chain ratio, hit the record low in recent years.

The gliding of the newly-added funds outstanding for foreign exchange (forex) triggered people's worry to the outflow of the capitals. Whereas, the outflow of the capitals is just a temporary and small-scale phenomenon at present, and the funds outstanding for foreign exchange (forex) will not transfer into low growth from this.
